Reservations/Deposits:
For golf tours, day trips and hen/stag weekends, a deposit of 25% is payable upon confirmation of a booking. Deposit
payments are non-refundable; the balance is payable in Euros cash on arrival in Spain. Club Tours Marbella cannot
confirm bookings until the deposit is received. For airport transfers, a deposit is not usually required, but payment must
be made in full on arrival at your destination.
Payment:
Deposit payments can be made online by any UK credit or debit card via Nochex or by International bank transfer to our
account in Spain. All balances should be paid for in € Euros cash direct to our driver. All bank charges, including those
liable in the UK, are the client's responsibility and must be settled, IN FULL, when making payment.

Tour Price Adjustments:
Tour prices quoted are subject to adjustment prior to full payment in the event of changes in fuel prices, toll charges or
exchange rate fluctuations. Prices are quoted based on a quoted number of people, any increase or decrease may
affect the price.
Airline Delays:
Arrival delays, lost bags or golf clubs, and golf club carriage charges are beyond our control. We are therefore not
responsible for associated delays or costs.
Tour Changes or Adjustments:
Club Tours Marbella reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and the right is reserved to cancel
any tour prior to start of tour (departure). In the event of Club Tours Marbella cancelling a tour, all deposits and
payments will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations due to any reason are only effective on receipt of written notification and in such instances, from time of
booking up to 8 weeks prior to departure the full deposit is forfeited.
If the cancellation is made 8 weeks or less to departure date, the following charges will apply to recoverable tour costs:
• 8-6 weeks prior to the departure, 50 % of the tour cost will be forfeited.
• 6-4 weeks or less prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
• 4 weeks or less prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
• No-shows, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
Trip Cancellations/Medical Insurance:
Clients are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance against all possible risks including medical care, personal
injury, death, baggage loss, theft and cancellation or curtailment of tour.
Refunds:
Once the tour has commenced, refunds will not be made for unused or partially used portions of the booked itinerary.
Visas & Vaccinations:
Visa and immunization requirements vary from country to country and up-to date information should be obtained from
your local health department and consulate. It is the responsibility of the visitor to ensure that they have a valid
passport and the correct visas and that they have the required vaccinations to gain entry to any country, which they
are intending to visit.
Health & Dietary Requirements:
It is highly recommended that travellers check health regulations with their General Practitioner well in advance of
departure.
Not Included in Prices:
Prices do not include flights & airport taxes, fuel, sight seeing, telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements
not specified in the itinerary, all meals, drinks and beverages not specified, golf club hire, cart or car hire fees, green
fees, caddies, gratuities and any other items of a personal nature.
Travel Documents:
Should travel documents (itineraries, vouchers, brochures etc.) of any kind be couriered or mailed to clients, the cost
thereof will be borne by the client.
Pre & Post Tour Flights:
The onus lies with the traveller to ensure that they are able to meet any departure flights for Pre or Post Tours. All
onward flight re-confirmations remain the responsibility of the traveller.
Responsibility:
Club Tours Marbella, its operators of the tour and/or suppliers of services act only as agents in regard to golf,
accommodation and land travel arrangements , whether by plane, sea, car, train or motor coach and therefore Club
Tours Marbella assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, war insurrection, revolt, or other civil
uprising, other military action, strikes or any Act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through
passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or persons engaged in
conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangement of the tour. They cannot accept any responsibility for losses
or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be
the responsibility of the member of the tour. Club Tours Marbella may not be held responsible for any theft, loss or
damage to luggage, hired vehicles, hired sport equipment or other items or personal effects during the tour program.
Once deposit is made all of the above conditions will be deemed as accepted by the client/s.
Disclosure:
Please be aware that during your participation in your tour certain risks and dangers may arise including but not limited
to the hazards of travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of conveyance, the forces of nature, and
political unrest. Also be aware and clearly understand that Club Tours Marbella will not have liability regarding provision
of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Club Tours Marbella will use all
reasonable efforts to ensure that all adequate measures are taken to avoid such occurrences. By acceptance and
payment of the Club Tours Marbella tours you are a voluntary participant in these activities with the knowledge of the
dangers involved and hereby agree to accept any risks. As Lawful consideration for the agreement with Club Tours
Marbella to participate in such trips and activities, you hereby agree that you will not make a claim against Club Tours
Marbella and its employees or Agents for all claim actions and demands you may have for bodily injury, death or
property damage arising from your participation in a tour. Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as the release of
Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representative and assigns.
If any portion is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
